1st Grade

1st grade for Isabel was a breeze. She is so smart. The testing at the beginning of the year said that her reading level was at an 18. 1st graders were suppose to be at a 6. She left her normal class and would go to a different teacher for spelling and math. She was placed in the highest program. She was coming home with words I didn't even know how to spell. Like, differentiated, mathematician, Charleston. She was way over my head, but she did great and made straight A's.

 "What I would put in my hat is my purses with my famous people in my hat. i would put a bag of candy in my hat." I changed the typing to be the correct spelling so I could understand her writing better. You can look back to her writing and see how where she miss spelled a lot of words

 "My Mom and Dad asked if I wanted to go to Columbia or to Florida for Easter and I chose to go to Columbia to go see my family and I didn't get what I wanted for Easter, because I wanted the prize egg, but my cousin, Vince, got it but all of us could still get out of the prize box and I went to the beach and the splash pad and to the pool with my cousins."

 "I built my snowlady at my house. Her name is Hannah Montana. I love her. She goes ice skating and plays baseball at night."

 "My Macy is colorful. She is soft. I love her. She has red lip gloss. She has black eyes. She has red spots. She has orange skin. She has a purple fin, a pink fin and a blue fin."

 "I like to color. I like watermelon. I have a huge family. My brother's name is Anthony. My sister's name is Gabriella. My Mom's name is Liz Ann. My Dad's name is Anthony. And my name is Isabella."

 "If I were 100 years old I would have gray hair. i would have wrinkles. i would have bad eye sight. I would live in my own house. Lie in my bed and sleep. i would feed geese. i would ride around and look at cool stuff.
